To avoid disappointment we recommend booking when you have a provisional date for your move. We are happy to take provisional bookings for house removals, but please note this does not form a guarantee a confirmed booking. If you have a provisional booking please keep us updated and let us know as soon as you have a confirmed date.

We understand that not everything goes to plan when you are moving and that dates often change, please just keep us up to date and we will do our best to help.
Yes, we have flexible, secure storage. We can also arrange to collect your items, store and deliver them back to you.
If you are moving house or office all goods should be securely packed and ready to transport prior to the driver arriving. Parking must be available with adequate loading and unloading access. If the items to move include a fridge or freezer this should be defrosted and cleaned.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, we are unable to move the following:-
- Prohibited, stolen goods, drugs, pornographic material, potentially dangerous, damaging or explosive items such as aerosols, paints, firearms, ammunition, gas in any form, and bulk liquids including oils, fuels and cleaning products.
- Jewellery, watches, trinkets, precious stones or metals, money, deeds, securities, stamps, coins or collections of any similar kind.
- Any goods likely to encourage vermin or other pests or to cause infestation or contamination.
- Perishable items and/or those requiring a controlled environment or refrigerated and frozen food and drink.
- Animals, birds, reptiles and fish.
- Goods which are dirty, unhygienic and hazardous to health.
- Goods requiring any licence or government consent for export or import or any movement contemplated within the removal.
